Gare aux canins…

Ils sont jeunes, ils sont beaux, ils recherchent la gloire et la fortune. Quand certains s'adonnent à la danse dans l'espoir de devenir de nouveaux To be free (quoique, c'est un peu dépassé aujourd'hui, voire carrément), la bande du Dobermann préfère les braquages de banques. Histoire de cash-flows.

Ils sont donc méchants, et surtout ils font passer le corps armé de Paris pour une fillette que l'on a du mal à prendre au sérieux. Oui, c'est vrai, les flics, c'est les gentils. Normalement.

Débarque dans le poste de police le flic méchant, teigneux, vaguement pourri et affectueusement taxé lors de son entrée de nazi. Charmant sobriquet. Mérité en l'occurrence. L'homme, cela ne surprendra personne, est joué par l'excellent Tchéki Karyo, qui connaît tellement bien ses gammes qu'il pourrait jouer ce nouveau rôle de méchant les yeux fermés.

Mais le gars d'en face a du chien. C'est le Dobermann. Jamais un faux pas. De quoi exciter le flic pourri, qui se lance logiquement à sa poursuite.

Ah vous vous attendez à ce qu'ils aboient ?

Violent, violent, ce Dobermann. Les affreux sont affreux, les flics dérangés, le rire cruel, les flingues aboient de toutes parts, le sang coule comme du bon vin.

On aime ou on n'aime pas. Le scénario est légèrement flou, mais la mise en scène a du caractère.
Monica Bellucci éclate en belle racée, et le couple formé avec Cassel, égal à lui-même (c'est-à-dire excellent) fonctionne (tu m'étonnes…).

On a vu
Romain Duris s'essuyer les fesses avec quelques feuillets des Cahiers du Cinéma.
Drôle de pub Monsieur Kounen (les Cahiers du Cinéma, à chier ?)…

Depuis que les les gangsters méchamment drôles ont débarqué sur grand écran, il faut avouer que les drôlement méchants, ça manquait un peu quand même.

Faites-vous le DVD de Dobermann ! Ca fait du bien.
D'autant plus qu'il crache en bonus, ce double-DVD : un DVD entier et même plus !

Vous verrez les courts-métrages de Kounen, une pléiade de photos du film, des répétitions, la genèse de la tête du dobermann, et surtout une explication sur le making-of avec notamment des scènes coupées. On prend un peu conscience du travail réalisé au montage et au mixage grâces aux infos données par le réalisateur. Si le rythme du film est très bon, c'est aussi grâce à ce montage astucieux.
